Saint Sofia Church is located in the center of Sofia. The first church was built on this site in the 4th century, with the support of Emperor Constantine I. The temple has been preserved, and the Orthodox worship there is held since 1700 years, although during the Turkish yoke (1396–1878) it was transformed into a mosque.
Uvdal, NO
The church in Uvdal was built in 1893, when it replaced the old moat church in Uvdal as a parish church. The church underwent extensive restoration in the period 1961 - 1963. The church bells and organ date from 1967.

The Parish Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary was built in 1883, a few decades after the reinstatement of Mellieħa as a parish.

The Collegiate Church of the Saint Paul Shipwreck is a 16th century Catholic church located in Valletta. It contains a statue of St Paul which is the object of a local worship; the statue is at the centre of a procession in the city every February 10th.
