The organ was built in 1951-1954 by the firm Mense Ruiter (Groningen). In 1970 the firm L. Verschueren (Heythuysen) restored it. The advisors were Chr. Hanegraaff and A. de Ru, on behalf of the Organ Building Advisory Committee of the Reformed Organists Association.

Hall church with wooden facade tower and framed entrance, built in 1889 with both neoclassical and gothic details. Enlarged in 1924, which resulted in the current interior and floor plan. The interior from that period was preserved, but the pulpit was modernized.

Neo-Romanesque hall church without tower. The church and rectory have been designated as iconic buildings by the municipality of Leerdam. Three renovations have taken place, including a major expansion of the church hall in 2008.
