Søndre Slagen church is a long church built of brick and was built in 1972. The architect of the church was Olav S. Platou.

The church of Sør-Fron was built in 1792 by the architect Svend Aspaas. At that time, most Norwegian rural churches were made of wood, but the church in Sør-Fron was built of stone. The church has an octagonal plan, and the roof has a crack that gives the roof profile a slightly rounded shape. Above the main entrance is the monogram of King Christian VII. Søre Osen or Søndre Osen is a church from 1882. The church was first painted in 1907 and received a new large extension to the sacristy in 1959 and its altarpiece in 1964.

Sørfjorden church, formerly Sørfjorden chapel, was first built from 1914 to 1916. The architect of the church, which is built of wood, was O.M. Olsen.

Sørkedalen church is a long neo-gothic church dating from 1865. Christian H. Grosch was commissioned to prepare plans and drawings for the church and the church was consecrated on 15 September 1865. In the 1930s the interior was modified according to the plans of architect Georg Greve.
