Built as a joint Reformed and Protestant church.

The dating of the Stave church in Undredal is uncertain, but it is assumed to have been built after 1150. The church tower rises on four pillars in the western part of the nave. Originally it was an independent tower outside the church hall, but in the 17th century the nave was extended to the west and the substructure of the bell tower was integrated into the hall.

The Undrumsdal church, completed in 1882, replaces a small octagonal church built in 1730. The new church was restored in 1981 and, on this occasion, received two tapestries by Else Marie Jakobsen (1927-2012).

The Unirea Sfântă (Holy Unity) Synagogue in Bucharest is an Ashkenazi synagogue built in 1908-1910 by architects Iulius Grünfeld and Herman Jankovici. This brick building in the Neo-Moorish style now serves as a museum.

The Church of the Assumption is also commonly known as the University Church because it belonged to the former Faculty of Theology of the University of Pest and later to the Pázmány Péter Catholic University. The church was founded by the Paulines in 1723 on the site of a demolished mosque, and after the dissolution of the Pauline Order in 1786, the church became the property of the University of Pest. The church has two towers, its towers are 56 meters high each.

The university church was built between 1683 and 1701 according to the plans of the Jesuit architect Heinrich Mayer, who was inspired by the Jesuit church in Solothurn. After the abolition of the Jesuit order in 1773, the church was transferred to the University of Fribourg in 1793. During an air raid in 1944, the vaults collapsed and the entire interior decoration, including the prospectus of the baroque altar in the hall, was lost to fire. In 1956-57 the church was rebuilt under the direction of Horst Linde and Hans Rolli.

The University of Tartu Church is an old church built in 1860 behind the main classicist building of the University of Tartu, from 1809. It was used by the congregation of the University of Tartu until 1948 when the church became a study building. Part of the furniture, the altar, pulpit, pews and bells of the tower, was moved to the restored St. Nicholas' Church in Põltsamaa, where it is still in use.
