The Church with the ekklesionym Agios Georgios, which was built at the end of the 19th century, is located in the southern part of the old village centre. The church was converted into a mosque after 1974 and in use until 2010-11, during these years a new mosque was built in the village.

This small chapel is located in the centre of the village. After 1974, this building was temporarily used as a travel agent's office. It is currently used as a warehouse for furniture and household goods.

The mosque is located in the centre of the old village centre. The building was erected during the years 1899-1900 and is the village’s first mosque. Until the 1939 the building needed intensive repairs due to its bad condition. The 1953 earthquake also damaged the structure of the mosque and intensive repairs took place between 1954-1956.

The church of St George (Agios Georgios Phalandras) was the former catholicon of a monastery that operated until the 19th century and that no longer exists. It is located near the Archaeological Site of Phaistos, a Minoan city from 2,000 BC.

This cemetery chapel carved into the rock is located in the extreme south-east of Lapithos on a mountain. Its construction dates back to the 19th century. As it was also used as a shelter for animals after 1974, it is now in a ruinous state, as is the neighbouring cemetery.
