istorical church with high tower, belonging to "the Dom family". The predecessor of the current church was built at the end of the 12th century and the beginning of the 13th century. It would have been a Romanesque tuff stone hall church, which was closed off with a simple rectangular choir. On the north side of this hall church there was probably a sacristy, of which the one tuff stone bay in the northern aisle was part. The tuff stone bay dates from around 1200. This church would probably have had a tuff stone tower. In the 15th century, the Utrechtse Heuvelrug was ravaged by attacks by Gelderland troops.

The mosque is located in the southern area of the old village centre.The present building is the successor to an earlier mosque that existed on the same site since at least 1921. According to the Bağişkan, the current building is one of the largest in the entire Paphos district. The previous building, like many buildings in the Paphos area, was so badly damaged in the earthquake of September 1953 that it had to be demolished and rebuilt.

Andørja church is a wooden church built in 1913-14. Before this church was built, the people of Andørja used to go to the church in Ibestad by a dangerous road, hence the necessity to build a church in the village.

Anga Church is one of the 92 medieval churches on the island of Gotland.

The church with the ekklesionym Agia Paraskevi was built at the end of the 19th century and is located on the eastern edge of the original settlement. After 1974, the church was converted into a mosque. After the completion of a new mosque on a neighbouring property (ca. 2017), the building is left to itself.

The church of Agios Therapon is located on the southern edge of the original village in the centre of the Greek Orthodox cemetery. The condition of this church, built in the 19th century, is poor. Many of the sandstones used are in very poor condition, which will negatively affect the structural integrity of the building over time. This damage can be seen not only on the main building, but also on the supporting pillars. The interior of the church is also in poor condition. The plaster is crumbling in numerous places and there are also damaged stones.

The former Franciscan monastery in Angermünde was probably founded in 1260. The abbey church, built in the 13th century, was the burial place of several noble families of the Mark Brandenburg. In 1543, with the Reformation, the monastery was secularized and left to decay. Between 1699 and 1788, the abbey church was restored and was partly used by the Huguenots as a Reformed church. The monastery buildings were destroyed at the end of the 18th century, and the church was renovated in the 19th century and during the Nazi regime. After German reunification, the monastery church was converted into an event hall.

After the first foundations, the building was rebuilt by Hubert de Vendôme and dedicated in 1025 (the lower parts of the nave date from this state). The current building, mainly from the 12th and 13th centuries, has several campaigns: the nave and facade were under construction in the 12th century, the transept in the 13th. In the 14th and 15th centuries, the chapels were added, and the side arrows were rebuilt in the 16th century. Restorations took place in the 19th century.

The only purely Anglican building in the west of France, the building was made possible thanks to the donation of the land by Mr. William Faber, and the generosity of many people including William Faber and Sir Philip Egerton. The orientation of the choir, to the east, was favoured to the detriment of a monumental entrance on the south side. The original building refers to the Anglo-Norman ogival style. However, its Latin cross plan, its granite rubble, its partly uncovered gables and its south porch are reminiscent of a Breton chapel. Saint Bartholomew's church boasts several particularly illustrious visitors who have come to pray within its walls: Agatha Christie, Edward VII, Lawrence of Arabia.
