The university church was built between 1683 and 1701 according to the plans of the Jesuit architect Heinrich Mayer, who was inspired by the Jesuit church in Solothurn. After the abolition of the Jesuit order in 1773, the church was transferred to the University of Fribourg in 1793. During an air raid in 1944, the vaults collapsed and the entire interior decoration, including the prospectus of the baroque altar in the hall, was lost to fire. In 1956-57 the church was rebuilt under the direction of Horst Linde and Hans Rolli.

The University of Tartu Church is an old church built in 1860 behind the main classicist building of the University of Tartu, from 1809. It was used by the congregation of the University of Tartu until 1948 when the church became a study building. Part of the furniture, the altar, pulpit, pews and bells of the tower, was moved to the restored St. Nicholas' Church in Põltsamaa, where it is still in use.

The building is located on the northern edge of the village.

Upper Rindal chapel is a wooden chapel built in 1911. The architect of the building is Lars Andersen Mogstad.

The Jewish cemetery of Ura appears to have been established after 1892, since it does not appear on the cadastral map of that year. It was demolished at an unknown time.

Uranienborg Church was consecrated on December 22, 1886. This neo-Gothic church was given in 2010, a new organ, acclaimed for its quality.

The church in Uranienborg was designed by Balthazar Lange and was consecrated on 22 December 1886. The building has a sober neo-Gothic style and is decorated with stained glass windows by the artist Emanuel Vigeland. In the 1930s, the interior was given its present design by the architect Arnstein Arneberg.

The Cathedral of Urbania dates back to the ancient Benedictine Abbey of San Cristoforo del Ponte in the 9th century. The building was renovated by the commendatory abbot Cardinal Bessarione in the second half of the 15th century. On this occasion the relics of the saint were transferred to the church. The church became the cathedral of the new diocese of Urbania, established on 18th February 1636. In the 18th century the church was again renovated in a neoclassical style according to the plans of the architect Giuseppe Tosi. The façade (1870) and the new bell tower (1958) are late: the old medieval bell tower is still present on the side.

The Cathedral of Urbino was first built in 1021. In the 15th century, on the initiative of Federico da Montefeltro, the cathedral was rebuilt according to a design attributed to the Sienese Francesco di Giorgio Martini, the Duke's official architect, and completed in 1604. The project, simple and bare, consisted simply of three naves supported by white colonnades. The earthquake of 12 January 1789 caused the collapse of the dome and necessitated the reconstruction of the cathedral according to a project by the Roman architect Giuseppe Valadier (1762-1839), who completed the building in 1801.

The Urjala sacristy is a medieval stone sacristy that was probably built between 1520 and 1540. A memorial stone to the old churches of Urjala was erected in the 1930s in the vicinity of the sacristy.
