Ålvundeid church is an octagonal wooden church built in 1848 according to Ole Pedersen Tøft's drawings and the sacristy and porch were added in 1955. Both the pulpit and the baptismal font were made for the church's 100th anniversary in 1948. The baroque altarpiece from 1725 originally stood in Kristiansund church and is made by Peder Knutsen from Fræna.

Ambla Church is the oldest church in Järva County and one of the oldest in Central Estonia. The construction of the church was probably started by the Livonian order in the middle of the 13th century and was completed around 1270. The church was also a fortress, being located far from the centre of Järva County, where the Livonian Order had the Paid Order castle built in 1265. The rose windows in the west wall was one of the first in Estonia.

The Cathedral of Amelia has been qualified as a co-cathedral since 1986 when the Diocese of Amelia was unified with the Diocese of Terni and Narni. The old cathedral of Amelia dates back to the 9th century; it was seriously damaged by a fire or an earthquake in 1240 and rebuilt in Romanesque style. It was subsequently restored due to the severe damage suffered by the troops of Frederick II in the 13th century. A fire almost completely destroyed the building in 1629 and it was rebuilt in Baroque style. The façade was completed in the 19th century.

Neo-Gothic building built from 1881 to 1884 in a style that reflects the codes of 13th century English architecture, by the architect George-Edmund Street. The bell tower was consecrated in 1923 as a tribute to the Americans who died in the First World War. In the building there are fifty-one flags of the United States of America hanging in the nave.

The construction of the building began on the initiative of Bishop Evrard de Fouilloy (1211-1222), and under the direction of the project manager Robert de Luzarches. The work began with the elevation of the nave and gates in 1220, then the choir in the 1240s. The radiant chapels were completed in 1258 and the choir in 1269. The two south and north towers were completed in 1366 and 1402 respectively.

Åmli Church is a long church from 1909, replacing an identical church that burned down in 1907. It was designed by Ludvig Karlsen in 1885, and the builder in 1908–09 was Tellef Mosbergplassen.

The church in Åmot was inaugurated in 1902 and was designed by the architect Henrik Bull (1864-1953). When he designed the church in 1898, he had already established himself as one of the country's greatest architects. The large church is built of log, without any exterior or interior cladding. The tower is also made of wood, which is unusual. Bull designed the second Art Nouveau baptismal font.

The Åmot church is a large octagonal wooden church, completed in 1823 by the architect Abraham Pihl. The interior is well preserved from the time of construction.
