The Ancient Synagogue in Priene dates from the 4th or 5th century CE. This stone building now serves as a museum.

The cathedral of Ancona, built between 996 and 1017, mixes Romanesque and Byzantine styles. The building stands on the former site of a temple dedicated to Aphrodite. The cathedral was restored in the 1980s.

Andebu church is a Romanesque stone church. The church has a rectangular nave and a lower and narrower choir, and a sacristy added later in the east and a wooden porch in the west. After the Reformation, the church building fell into ruin. In 1686 the church was restored and equipped with a gutter and the windows were enlarged.

The Andenes church is a wooden church consecrated in 1876 but greatly enlarged in 1966. On this site, churches have succeeded one another since the Middle Ages.

On top of the characteristic circular village vault is the originally late Roman Andreas church. The current building was rebuilt in 1676 after the old church was largely destroyed by fire a few years earlier.

The current church is the remnant of an originally late Romanesque building. Traces of the southern crossarm can still be found in the outer façade. In the north wall are bricked-up lists of Romanesque windows. The interior has beautiful wall and vault paintings from the 13th and 15th centuries: the Fall, John the Baptist and St. Lawrence.

The Andreaskirche is a monastery church in Düsseldorf, used since 1972 by the Dominicans. The church, built in the 17th century is a listed building.

The Cathedral of Andria was built by Goffredo d'Altavilla, Lord of Andria, between the end of the 11th century and the beginning of the 12th century on an earlier church, dedicated to St. Peter, dating from before the year 1000 and which today corresponds to the building's crypt. The Cathedral underwent major modifications in the 17th and 18th centuries and then in the 19th century with the construction of the façade and the external portico.

Andørja church is a wooden church built in 1913-14. Before this church was built, the people of Andørja used to go to the church in Ibestad by a dangerous road, hence the necessity to build a church in the village.
