Reformed church. Restored partly 12th century tuff stone church building with initially half built-in tower, now standing in front of the church, which was renewed on the west side in 1686; the restoration of 1956 gave the tower a medieval shape again. The anchors on the north side 1686 were reused. Special: South facade without windows. Internal rococo pulpit with stairs, rear bulkhead and sounding board, copper lectern, all 1757, associated baptismal fence with vases. Two large funeral cases 1794 and 1824. Single manual organ by AA Hinsz in rococo case from 1777 on balustrade with carved top in which coats of arms. Two carved gravestones Heemstra. Bell tower with bell by L. Haverkamp, ​​1786, diam. 116 cm. Mechanical tower clock AH van Bergen, Heiligerlee, first quarter of the 20th century.

The monastery Benediktbeuern, founded in 739, is the oldest and one of the most beautiful monasteries in Upper Bavaria. One of the main religious relics, the right arm of the holy Saint Benedikt, was handed over to the buron in the year 800 by ‘Karl the Great’. As a result, the buron was renamed as the Benedicto-Burum. From 1681 to 1686 the cloister church was entirely rebuilt in the Baroque epoch with the typical Italian early baroque accents. The church boasts a fresco cycle of the life of Christ by Hans Georg Asam and the Anastasia chapel, a separate chapel to the north, which is a miniature masterpiece by Johann Michael Fischer. Today the cloister has different functions and is used for conferences, concerts and events.

Presumably, the Jewish Cemetery in Benedykivtsi was established in the 19th century. The cemetery is depicted on a cadastral map of 1865, although the latest tombstone dates to 1907. The cemetery was used until WWII, and the latest preserved gravestone date to 1940.

Instead, work was underway to build a new working church. The working church has largely taken over as the worship church after the wooden church.

The Berg church is a medieval stone church which has no porch or portal to the west, but the nave has an entrance portal to the south. In 1876 the church was restored according to the plans of the architect Chr. Christie, and in 1936-37 under the direction of the architect Andreas Nygaard. The sacristy was built as part of the restoration in 1876.

The Berg church was built in concrete in 1955 by the architect Hans Magnus. The present church is probably the third on the site. We know that there was a medieval church there and that it was dilapidated in the 17th and 18th centuries, which led to the construction of a new half-timbered church in 1780 or 1781 which was then destroyed by the Germans in 1942. Norway's first woman priest, Ingrid Bjerkås, was parish priest in Berg parish in 1961-65.
