St. Mary Magdalene Church is a Roman Catholic church built in 1709, where the Jesuits were active until 1820 when Alexander I expelled them from Russian territory. The first wooden Catholic church in Auleja was built in 1530, it was one of the oldest wooden churches in Latgale. In 1626 it passed into the hands of the Jesuits who rebuilt it. Restoration work was carried out on this church in 1675, but after 10 years, in 1685, the church burned down. Until 1709 there was a temporary church in Auleja.

The foundation stone of the St. Mary Magdalene church was laid on August 5, 1858, and the church was consecrated on March 13, 1860. However, additions such as the north nave, the tower and its spire and the south transseptal chapel made the construction of the church last until 1883.

St. Mary's Cathedral is the Catholic Cathedral of Minsk. The building was built in 1710 in the Baroque style as a Jesuit church. When the Society of Jesus was dissolved in 1773 by Clement XIV under the pressure of the European monarchies, it was transferred to the diocese. When the Diocese of Minsk was established in 1798, it became the Orthodox Cathedral of the diocese. It was used as a sports hall from 1934 under the USSR regime and was handed over to Catholic worship during the German occupation. After the reconquest of Minsk by the Soviets, the church was redesigned and incorporated into a Stalin-Classicist housing development - the main façade was transformed, the towers demolished and the interiors reused as a sports facility. It was given back to the Roman Catholics after the independence of Belarus in the 1990s, the towers and façade restored in that period (1994-97).

Tallinn Cathedral is the main Evangelical Lutheran church in Estonia. It dates back to the 13th century, probably to the first half of this century. Between 1430 and 1460 the church building was reconstructed as a three-nave basilica. The church and a large part of the buildings in Toompea were destroyed in the fire of the Toompea district in 1684. The Gothic-style bell tower of the cathedral was destroyed, so a new Baroque bell tower was built in 1778-1779.

The construction of St. Mary's Church began shortly after the foundation of Neubrandenburg in 1248, but the tower was not completed until the second half of the 14th century. The 16th and 17th centuries were marked by numerous damages due to lightning and fires. From 1832 to 1841 a complete restoration of the church was carried out. But in 1945 the church was severely destroyed by a fire. In 1975 the town of Neubrandenburg bought the ruin and the building was rebuilt with the aim of transforming it into a concert hall.

St. Mary's Church is a hall church built mainly in the 14th century. From 1987 to 1994, the tower and the first yoke of the nave were rebuilt. The design of the façade was inspired by the medieval building that preceded it.

St. Mary's Church was built from 1326 to 1364 and belonged to the Order of St. Mary. The interior of the church was only furnished in the second half of the 15th century. In the 16th century the Protestants took possession of the church. After the invasion of the Russian army on March 7, 1945, the church was destroyed. The Franciscan Order rebuilt the church until the 1950s. Today, the Catholic community uses the church.
