The Church of Christ Pantocrator is an Orthodox church built in the 13th-14th century and is one of the most remarkable and best-preserved medieval churches in Nessebar. In the middle of the nave rise four slender columns that once carried a dome. The drum of the dome, richly decorated, has 8 arched windows. The narthex is relatively cramped, with a medieval tomb on its floor. Inside the walls, only traces of the original frescoes that once covered them are preserved.

The Church of Christ the King of Fey was built between 1947 and 1950 to replace the former chapel of the Martenette, built in 1930. The exterior structure of the church is made of tufa stone. Its bell tower is overhung by two crossed arches and forms a dome, surmounted by a cross. Its eastern façade is decorated with a statue of the Virgin Mary above its main entrance.

The Church of Cristo de la Luz, formerly the Bab al-Mardum Mosque, was one of the ten mosques that the city once had and is the best preserved. Founded in 999, various elements, mainly an apse, were added to it in the 12th century, after the Christian conquest of the city, making it one of the oldest known examples of Mudéjar art.

The restoration of the building, including stained glass windows and murals dating from the end of the 13th century, was completed in 2017.

It is composed of a rectangular nave, an imposing five-arched bell tower and a three-sided choir. The Mariners Church is located in Saint-Sixte, in the region of New Aquitaine. In the 1500s, the population consisted mainly of mariners, giving the church its name. The church was built in the 16th century; then restored and enlarged in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. In 1821, the mariners built a new chapel adjoining the church and dedicated it to St. Catherine. Inside, visitors can admire an ex-voto of great rarity: the model of a nineteenth century sailboat.

The church of El Salvador occupies the building of a previous mosque, probably dating from the 11th century. The mosque itself was built on the remains of a sacred Visigothic building. The conversion to Christian worship in 1159 brought about various modifications, including the construction of the Gothic chapel of St Catherine at the end of the 15th century. A brick bell tower was then added to the minaret, inlaid with friezes, which was transformed into a bell tower.
