Reformed Church. Single-nave church, of which the tower was demolished before 1515 and the choir in 1815. West gable 19th century B; the east gable contains remains of the demolished choir section on the corners and further consists of masonry from 1815. Internal wooden barrel vault in the keystones letters, a coat of arms and the year 1547. Recently restored. Beautiful pulpit 17th century A; copper baptismal arch 18th century B; three large twelve-arm copper crowns, the largest 1644. Organ with main work and upper work, made in 1883 by L. van Dam and Sons.

Reformed Church with tower on churchyard. In construction still 13th century brick church building with tower, later bricked up. In the churchyard a number of 17th and 18th century gravestones. Single manual organ made in 1811 by L. van Dam. Bell tower with chiming of two bells, one of which by anonymous founder from the 15th century?, diam. 67 cm. and one by Reinerus, 1476, diam. 81 cm. Mechanical wrought iron tower clock, 17th century, has been decommissioned. This church is listed as a National Monument of the Netherlands.

The protestant Church of Oosterhout was commissioned in 1900. The church had an old steel bell tower (or tower), which was removed. After that it took some time until a new steel bell tower was built. This church is now listed as a Municipal Monument of the Netherlands.

Dutch Reformed Church, because of a burial vault a large tombstone by Mr. BG 1544. Two tombstones by P. Claes and one by Jacob Douwes 1639. Two-manual organ made in 1891 by Gebr. van Oeckelen. Mechanical tower clock.

Built to replace the predecessor of this church, which was demolished in 1939. There is a whale on the tower of the church. This whale is a reminder of whaling, which was an important source of income for the village in earlier centuries. The bell from 1388 - elsewhere incorrectly mentioned as originating from Krimpen aan den IJssel - was damaged in 1940 and could no longer ring. The municipal authorities wanted to melt down the bell, but historians put a stop to that. The bell ended up in the Gouda museum, the Catharina Gasthuis. It has since been decided that the bell will return to Krimpen. The current bell was made in 1962 by Van Bergen in Heiligerlee.

This architecturally very interesting, special church (architect JA Smits), with a small tower, was called the "Small Church" since the local SOW / PKN process, opposite the Reformed "Large Church" of Tj. Kuipers. In the long term, the PKN Halfweg-Zwanenburg only wanted to maintain this "Small Church", which was being restored and redesigned for this purpose from around the end of 2009 to spring 2011. Delays in the implementation of these plans arose due to the fact that all of this had to be financed from the proceeds of the (eventually to be demolished) Reformed "Large Church". In terms of architecture and layout, this Small Church is somewhat similar to Anglican churches and cathedrals in Great Britain, especially the elongated and straight-ended choir.

NH Church. Three-sided closed hall church with pilasters and round arch windows, early 19th century. A two-manual organ, made in 1872 by H. Knipscheer and placed in 1873 by his foreman AMT van Ingen in the Protestant church in Koudekerk aan den Rijn. Moved to Boxmeer in 1926 by G. van Leeuwen. Bell frame with bell by anonymous founder, 1922, diam. 70 cm.

Simple hall church from 1847 with a plastered tower, including a classicist portal with pilasters; triglyph list and pediment. The inventory includes a pulpit with a simple bowl, an excellent carved rear bulkhead, a sounding board, stairs and enclosure, all in Louis XIV style; pulpit lectern, candle arm, baptismal font holder and precentor's lectern, from the early 18th century. Furthermore, there are three chandeliers from the late 17th century. This church is listed as a National Monument of the Netherlands.
